If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
The payment method has sufficient funds to cover the order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Body Shop Needs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition. Custom orders, hazardous materials, and clearance items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Body Shop Needs or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Body Shop Needs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
