- Substrate Temperature: The car surface temperature is as critical as air temperature; hot metal requires a slower reducer to avoid dry spray.
- Humidity: High humidity can act similarly to cold, sometimes requiring a faster reducer, though high heat/high humidity often requires a slower reducer to ensure solvent release.
