Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

30 Days to Return 100% Refund on Eligible Items 5–7 Business Days Processing

1. Return eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

✓Item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging

✓Item is free from mixing, tinting, or any alteration

✓Original receipt or proof of purchase is included

✓Item is not marked as a special order, custom color mix, or clearance sale

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of auto paint products:

✗Custom-mixed or tinted paints (color-matched to vehicle specifications)

✗Opened or partially used paints, hardeners, reducers, or thinners

✗Special orders or products not regularly stocked

✗Clearance or final-sale items

✗Aerosol cans that have been activated or punctured

3. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.

4. How to start a return

1 – Email us at order@bodyshopneeds.com with your order number and reason for return.

2 – We will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

3 – Pack the item securely and write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

4 – Ship the item back using a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and note that you would like an exchange in your email.

7. Hazardous materials

Some auto paint products are classified as hazardous materials. Returns of hazardous items must comply with applicable shipping regulations. We reserve the right to refuse returns of hazardous items that cannot be legally shipped. Please contact us before sending back any product that may contain flammable or regulated chemicals.
